Bahen & Co makes stone ground chocolate from bean to bar.  A traditional approach to chocolate making that returns to a slower pace of a previous time. Taking a simplistic approach to respect flavour and connect back to the source.

Hopefully from the faded plantation names on the jute cacao bags to the diverse origins of the restored old world machines you get a sense of Bahen & Co’s deep curiosity about cacao.

The chocolate factory operates from the family farm in Margaret River - Western Australia.

Roasted Caramel Hazelnut -  Roasted hazelnuts, crunchy caramel and our organic milk chocolate makes for a classic combination.

Vanilla & Almonds Nougat - Hand-made soft vanilla nougat with crunchy slow roasted almonds is enrobed in Bahen & Co dark chocolate.

Organic Matcha Almonds - From the green, rolling volcanic mountains of Japan. Organic, stone milled Japanese matcha, roasted almonds with our organic house chocolate.

Persian Wild Figs - These sweet sun-dried wild figs are enrobed with our house blend dark chocolate.

Confit Orange Peel - Confited zests of grove ripened oranges are enrobed in our dark chocolate... Chewy and addictively bittersweet!
