Shipping policy
HOURS FOR FLOWER DELIVERIES
Always Flowers normal hours of delivery are between 10am and 5pm on weekdays and between 10am and 2pm on weekends. From time to time we may be running late, we will make every effort to contact the sender to advise our closet time of delivery. If deemed the recipient is uncontactable and there is a safe place to leave the arrangement we may do so.
If you require delivery by a certain time, please give us clear instructions in the notes of your order, we will make every effort to fulfil your request; alternatively, we will contact the sender.
We will leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets/arrangements are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If necessary, we will contact the recipient/sender to let them know where we've left the flowers.
We do not deliver flowers on Public Holidays.
We offer delivery 6 days a week.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed & accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given; we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.
DELIVERY DATES
To guarantee delivery on your specified date, orders must be received in store before 12pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays; on your specified date.
We are closed all Public Holidays, orders received for these days will be delivered the first day back. We will make every effort to reach the sender to notify, providing orders are received during business hours.
Any changes to our delivery service will be published via our Website & Social’s - Instagram & Facebook.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you wish to alter your order, please do so by contacting our store; no less than 2 hours prior to our cut off times (see Delivery date notes above).
