Delivery dates: 

To guarantee delivery on your specified date, orders must be received in store before 12pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays.  

We are closed all Public Holidays, orders received for these days will be delivered the first day back. We will make every effort to reach the sender to notify, providing orders are received during business hours. 

And changes to our delivery service will be published via our Website & Social’s - Instagram & Facebook. 

 

Changes to orders: 

If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please do so by contacting our store; no less than 2 hours prior to our cut off times (see Delivery date notes above).

All delivery fees will be calculated at check out 

For all deliveries we use a combination of our own shop courier & on occasions we outsource. Our deliveries are carried out based on time & efficiency. All business deliveries are completed between 9am-5pm & home deliveries between 9am-6pm. If you require delivery by a certain time, please give us clear instructions in the notes of your order, we will make every effort to fulfil your request; alternatively, we will contact the sender. 

We will leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If necessary, we will contact the recipient/sender to let them know where we've left the flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, we will call the recipient to make alternative arrangements.

Available in store on request, down the lane at Shop 3/42-44 Collins Lane Kiama

 

Postage

Postage available on online shop products only, not available on flowers or fresh products. Flat shipping/postage rate on small products of $15.00.

 

Payment methods 

We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard credit, debit cards and cash. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details. 

 

Refund Policy

Our team at Always Flowers goes to great lengths to source the best flowers & products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable & a flowers life span is dependent on the variety, season, care and environment, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers. 

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality & market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.alwaysflowerskiama.com.au, by accepting these terms & conditions you are acknowledging there may be differences between images & produced goods. 

You can generally expect your flowers to last 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

 

Flower Care 

5 simple steps that will help your flowers last as long as possible:  

1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water. 

2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water 

3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days 

4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight 

5. Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning 

 

If you feel the blooms have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by calling our store & chat to our friendly team on (02) 4232 1915.

Always Flowers reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. We request that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery. 

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.  

Any refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed & accurate delivery instructions.  

If the wrong delivery address is given; we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.
