Papua New Guinea 70% Cacao - Sourced from a volcanic valley on the wild isles of Papua New Guinea. This heirloom cacao exhibits flavours of raspberry cream & citrus fruits.
Strawberry & Pistachio 70% - Field grown strawberries, slow roasted pistachios and a dusting of sea salt, are combined with our stone ground chocolate.
Tanzania 75% Cacao - In the heart of Tanzania lies the remote Kilombero Valley. Down a dirt road, you will find a small village named Mbingu, Swahili for ‘Heaven’. Producing cacao with flavours of strawberry, red cherry, bread & butter.
Almond & Sea Salt 70% - Our House Blend chocolate meets the finest of almonds, slow roasted with our farm grown olive oil. Finished with hand harvested sea salt.
Madagascar 70% - Established in the Sambirano Valley - circa 1920's. This rare heirloom farm produces a lively chocolate of citrus, rum & raisin flavour.
Honeycomb & Hibiscus Organic Milk - Salted honeycomb, a combination of forest honey & ocean salt, paired with red hibiscus flowers. A delicious blend, complementing the rich notes of our organic milk chocolate.
Organic Milk Chocolate - Madagascan cacao from the Somia Plantation, combined with organic milk. The combination is distinctively creamy with notes of caramel & shortbread.
