Bahen & Co makes stone ground chocolate from bean to bar.  A traditional approach to chocolate making that returns to a slower pace of a previous time.

Hopefully from the faded plantation names on the jute cacao bags to the diverse origins of the restored old world machines you get a sense of Bahen & Co’s deep curiosity about cacao.

The chocolate factory operates from the family farm in Margaret River - Western Australia.  A region with a raw natural beauty and strong community that supports the efforts of its small producers.

Limited Edition - Matcha & Strawberry: From the green tea fields of Japan comes fine organic matcha. Stone milled with rich milk to create our luxury matcha chocolate, paired with field grown strawberries.

Columbian Coffee: Cacao & Coffee - From the plateau of Popayan, this Colombian coffee is sourced. The slow roasted Arabica beans are stone ground with our cacao to make a rich expresso bar.

Raspberry & Rose: Here field ripened raspberries meet our house blend chocolate, then finished with Persian rose petals.

Honey Macadamia: Slow roasted Australian Macadamias drizzled with Jarrah honey meet our organic milk chocolate.

Strawberry & Pitaschio: Field grown strawberries, slow roasted pistachios and a dusting of sea salt, are combined with our stone ground chocolate.

Honeycomb & Hibiscus: Salted honeycomb, a combination of forest honey & ocean salt, paired with red hibiscus flowers. A delicious blend, complementing the rich notes of our organic milk chocolate.
